All carcasses that are processed by Naturesway Farm are carefully selected by our own team of qualified butchers in the abattoir. There role is (carries out an) anti-mortem and post-mortem inspection on both the beef and lamb. This ensures that every carcass that derives from the consortium adheres to the strict protocols that Naturesway Farm have in place. This process is essential to ensure that only premium quality carcasses are selected and processed by Naturesway Farm for our customers.

A Differentiated Product
In Ireland, almost 90% of beef and lamb produced is exported to the highly competitive European market, so the quality of Irish produce speaks for itself. All beef and lamb produced through Naturesway Farm has a unique selling point that is important to customers. The island of Ireland has a green image, with cattle and sheep grazing stress free on the lush green pastures, clean environment and the zero use of growth hormones. In the winter months the animals eat grass silage, supplemented with small amounts of vitamins, minerals and seaweed. This diet gives the meat a distinctive flavour and healthier fatty acid than the concentrate based diet fed to animals in other countries.
